Sher Wagyu
Sher Wagyu beef is produced from Fullblood & Wagyu cross cattle by Nick & Vicki Sher on their farms in Ballan and Tallangatta Valley, Victoria. The cattle are grown out on pasture until 18 months of age and then moved onto a specially formulated Japanese-style barley-based ration for 400+ days.
Established in 1991, Sher Wagyu beef is found in the finest restaurants across the globe - delicious, tender, juicy and renowned for its superb flavour.
