A nod to the many northern Italians that are now working at That's Amore Cheese. It is perhaps the cheese we have been asked for more than any other over the years.

This is our Ozzy take on Asiago, we know there is no place like home! We don't wish to replicate the cheese which is unique to the Venito region of Italy, but payit tribute and conjure up the flavours of home. The cheese has some eyes , a smooth firm texture and the wheel is slightly convex.

A mild cow milk cheese matured for a minimum of 2 months The wheels are approximately 5-6 kg The texture is slightly springy and smooth with a thin edible rind and a butter coloured paste.Shelf life 365 days
