Mayura Station was born in 1845, making it one of Australia's oldest and most highly-respected pastoral operations.

Produced from only the finest Japanese black-haired Wagyu, raised in the heart of some of the best farming country in Australia, Mayura Wagyu is superior quality.

The cattle are raised on Mayura's grain-feeding program for a minimum of 500 days, without the presence of HGP & antibiotics. This results in a fine-textured beef with a beautiful buttery flavour and extraordinary juiciness and tenderness.
