It all began with the Ventura family producing Italian smallgoods for the locals in Abruzzo Italy for 3 generations and now Casalingo have been producing Italian delicacies for over 30 years.  

Casalingo continues to grow today, with a focus on European-style meats, including prosciutto, pancetta, chorizo, bresaola, a classic range of salami’s and the finest fresh sausages. All with an Authentic taste and manufactured specifically for the Australian/Asian market.
