All produce and goods are carefully procured and packed by our trusted suppliers, but we go further—our dedicated team works from a purpose-built consolidation facility at Melbourne International Airport, double- and triple-checking every item for quality, expiry dates, and environmentally responsible packaging. We are proud to hold the “Known-Consignor” classification from the Australian Department of Home Affairs, which allows us to manage security checks on client cargo while maintaining product integrity. Throughout the air freight journey, we safeguard the cold chain to ensure every product arrives in peak condition. Partnering with CT Freight Pty Ltd, we leverage strong airline relationships to secure competitive rates and efficient delivery. Our team constantly reviews options to optimise speed, reliability, and cost, helping clients receive premium ingredients on time and on budget. ## Looking to gain a partner for success Get in touch and one of our account managers will contact you to see how we can assist with your needs.
