All Australian meat undergoes rigorous controls and testing to make sure that it is safe and of high quality. All beef, lamb and goat meat we export is subject to Meat Standards Australia (MSA) quality program designed to take the guesswork out of buying and cooking Australian red meat.

MSA involves all sectors of the supply chain from paddock to plate. A wide range of cattle and sheep management practices, processing systems, cuts, ageing periods and cooking methods have been researched to determine the impact each has on eating quality. All meat is tracked from paddock, through processing to shipping – all stringently controlled and documented to meet the importing countries’ requirements.

We can supply beef, lamb, chicken, goat, duck, emu, game or pork – either chilled or frozen.

Prestige’s own rigorous food safety, packing and handling procedures ensure that all items are of the highest quality when they leave our purpose built consolidation facility at the Melbourne International Airport.

We ensure compliance with all Customs and Quarantine requirements both in Australia and receiving countries.
